Epidemic Group, a global creative platform founded in 2009 and headquartered in Stockholm, is seeking a Forward Deployed Creative to join the newly built Forward Deployed team. You'll work at the intersection of creative craft, technical build, and customer success, sitting alongside sales as a technical-creative partner.
In this hybrid role based in Stockholm, you will be responsible for winning trust in pre-sales, leading onboarding, and transforming new accounts into teams that love the product. You'll work closely with sales and product teams daily, helping new clients extract real value from Plenty Labs, an AI-powered collaborative canvas where creative teams make images, video, music, and voice in one place.
Key responsibilities include:
Creative & Technical Craft: Create and refine visual and video work with craft that makes prospective customers fall in love with the product. Become an expert in Plenty Labs quickly and share continuous feedback to improve the tool for creative professionals.
Customer Success: Lead live demos and client conversations, turning skeptics into believers and believers into obsessed customers. Champion adoption from within client organizations by identifying key stakeholders and staying close to how the product is actually being used.
Commercial: Stay attuned to client needs and bring opportunities to sales at the right moment. Build trust through honesty about what's realistic rather than over-promising.
As one of the first Forward Deployed Engineers, you'll also help define the function—from engineering standards and ways of working to collaboration with customers and core product teams.
Requirements:
- Strong background working at the intersection of creative craft and technology, with enterprise client experience
- Background in agency, studio, production house, or similar as a designer, motion artist, filmmaker, editor, or related role; or designer-turned-AI-native; or creative technologist thriving in client-facing roles
- Portfolio demonstrating work that has reached enterprise users, particularly visual, video, digital, or advertising work produced with quality creative AI tools
- Ability to move from idea to finished creative output independently without requiring others to execute each step
- Natural communication skills with enterprise customers, creative teams, and technical teams
- Deep customer obsession with passion for helping clients understand and fall in love with the product
- Commercial awareness and curiosity about why customers need something, not just what they're asking for
- Ownership mentality, ability to move quickly, and comfort figuring things out without an established playbook
