Contabilizei seeks a Senior Fiscal Analyst specializing in ancillary tax obligations (obrigações acessórias). The role ensures all client companies meet federal, state, and municipal tax filing deadlines with accurate information, while driving product improvements and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include: managing monthly ancillary obligation deliveries for companies not yet on the platform; training team members and cross-functional areas on tax compliance and legislative updates; controlling and updating the area's risk matrix with proactive problem-solving; resolving complex internal and client issues requiring technical analysis; executing annual obligation cycles while maintaining accounting health and client satisfaction; supporting internal audits and proposing process improvements; managing non-platform obligations; resolving support tickets with escalation for complex cases; overseeing payroll-related obligations and reporting; coordinating administrative processes with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal); and mentoring junior and mid-level analysts.
Required qualifications: bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields; tax planning experience for Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido regimes; solid knowledge of tax and labor legislation; Excel dashboard creation skills; advanced Excel proficiency; understanding of ancillary obligation cross-references. Preferred: experience with databases (SQL, VBA, Python) and agile methodologies.
