Toku is seeking an analytical and execution-focused FinOps Specialist to join the Finance team, reporting directly to the Finance Lead. The role centers on reimagining and transforming Toku's billing and collections processes to enable faster, more efficient, and scalable revenue operations.
Key responsibilities include:
• Process Transformation: Map end-to-end billing and collections workflows (invoicing, notifications, follow-up, dispute resolution) to identify opportunities for speed, accuracy, and improved customer experience. Design the next-generation process architecture to scale efficiently as the company grows.
• Automation & Internal Tools: Lead AI-powered automation projects and internal tool design for financial processes, starting with billing and collections. Own the complete project lifecycle—problem definition, solution design with Product/Engineering, impact measurement, and team adoption.
• Ownership & KPI Management: Define and monitor key billing and collections metrics (delinquency, DSO, resolution rates). Coordinate across Finance, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and other teams to ensure implemented solutions deliver expected impact.
• Process Expansion: Identify new challenges and improvement opportunities within Finance. While the role begins focused on billing and collections, it will expand across the Finance function. As you consolidate these processes, you'll take ownership of additional critical challenges.
Required qualifications:
• Degree in Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years professional experience, ideally in finance, operations, or consulting
• Track record leading end-to-end cross-functional implementations from design through adoption
• Interest and aptitude for learning AI and automation tools
• Autonomy, execution velocity, and results orientation
• Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
