OpenLoop is a telehealth platform that powers virtual care delivery solutions across all 50 US states. The Financial Systems Administrator will own the day-to-day administration and health of OpenLoop's financial systems ecosystem, with a focus on NetSuite OneWorld and its integrated platforms.
Key responsibilities include administering the NetSuite OneWorld instance across OpenLoop's multi-subsidiary structure, managing user/role access, saved searches, dashboards, and workflow automation. You'll own and troubleshoot data integrations between NetSuite and critical platforms including Snowflake, Rippling, and Ramp, resolving sync failures and data discrepancies. You'll build and maintain SuiteQL queries and saved searches to support FP&A and Accounting reporting needs, and document integration architecture to prevent knowledge silos.
You'll partner cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, IT, People, and Procurement teams to ensure financial data accuracy and timeliness, particularly around month-end close processes. You'll also support the rollout of NetSuite inventory management capabilities.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience, with 4–5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience (OneWorld preferred). You should have demonstrated ownership of at least one system integration into or out of NetSuite, proven experience building or troubleshooting integrations with external systems (HRIS/payroll, spend management, or data warehouse), and strong SQL/SuiteQL skills. You'll operate independently as the primary NetSuite subject matter expert in a high-autonomy remote environment.
Preferred qualifications include direct experience with Rippling, Ramp, and/or Snowflake; NetSuite inventory/manufacturing modules; healthcare or multi-entity company background; NetSuite Certified Administrator credential; and Salesforce experience.
