As Senior Manager of Financial Operations, you will lead the financial operations function for the organization. This role involves overseeing accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and operational processes that support PayJoy's mission-driven business. You will manage a team responsible for day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements across PayJoy's emerging market operations.
Key responsibilities include: leading and developing a financial operations team; managing accounting processes, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial close cycles; ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations; implementing and improving financial systems and controls; collaborating with finance leadership on strategic initiatives; and supporting the company's growth through operational excellence and scalability.
