Rapyd is a global fintech platform unifying payments, payouts, and financial services across 8+ offices worldwide. The Financial Operations Analyst role sits at the intersection of finance, product, and payment operations, supporting the FinOps-Pricing team based in Dubai with coverage across Israel, Dubai, and Europe.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining cost models for core payment and payout products; conducting monthly invoice reconciliations across 20–30 gateway partners to validate accuracy and identify discrepancies; updating cost parameters in the Rapyd Billing Organization (RBO) system to reflect negotiated terms; and collaborating with PayOps and Finance teams on cost strategy improvements. The role also involves deep-dive analysis of gateway costs to identify cost drivers and optimization opportunities, supporting cost allocation methodologies, and contributing ideas for process improvements and cost savings.
This is not a purely operational role—it offers meaningful analytical exposure and involvement in building AI-assisted reconciliation processes from the ground up. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in cost analysis, invoice reconciliation, financial operations, or related fields. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required; exposure to or interest in AI tools is a strong plus. Industry background is flexible—fintech experience is not required, but transferable cost analysis and reconciliation experience from other industries is welcome. The role requires comfort with ambiguity and evolving processes, strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams, and an analytical mindset capable of working with varied, non-standardized data formats from different gateway partners.
