Tech Soft 3D, a leading provider of engineering software development toolkits and enterprise applications for CAD/CAE data conversion, visualization, and data publishing, is seeking a Financial Data Analyst to lead the automation and optimization of key reconciliation and reporting processes.
In this hybrid role based in Lyon, you will design, build, and maintain automated reconciliation processes for US Health Benefits at both the employee and health carrier level, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You'll identify manual reconciliation activities across finance and accounting workflows and implement scalable, automated solutions to improve efficiency and reduce error risk. Your responsibilities include supporting the monthly financial reporting package, performing variance analysis, and partnering with HR, Accounting, and FP&A stakeholders to gather requirements and validate data quality.
You'll also document automated processes, maintain reconciliation logs, and support internal control and audit requirements in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field, plus 5 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or financial data analysis (with at least 1 year directly relevant to finance automation, reconciliation, NetSuite, or financial reporting). You must have strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query), hands-on NetSuite experience (saved searches, workflows, automation), solid understanding of accounting principles and financial close processes, and excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail. Fluency in English is required.
Bonus qualifications include familiarity with US Health Benefits administration, experience with Power BI or data visualization tools, curiosity for process automation and finance transformation, experience with multi-entity consolidation in NetSuite, international company experience, and bilingual French/English fluency.
