The Finance team at Revolut provides clarity and confidence across the organization, managing everything from daily accounting operations to strategic financial guidance that shapes long-term growth plans. As a Financial Controller reporting to the Chief Accountant, you will help build and strengthen the local accounting function in Israel. Key responsibilities include: - Preparing statutory and consolidated general ledger accounts in Oracle NetSuite in accordance with GAAP and IFRS standards - Coordinating and executing the accounting and month-end closing process to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting - Analyzing movements in key general ledger accounts and delivering insights - Driving process improvements through automation and enhanced controls to increase efficiency and accuracy in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting - Participating in annual and interim audits - Providing expert advice on accounting and reporting issues - Contributing to the definition and refinement of consolidation and financial control processes You'll need at least 2+ years of experience in a similar controller or accounting role within banking, financial services, or Big 4 firms working with banking clients. Strong technical accounting knowledge is essential, including proven expertise in GAAP, consolidated financial reporting, and/or IFRS. You should bring a structured, logical problem-solving approach, excellent analytical skills, and a hands-on, delivery-focused attitude. While not required, experience in fast-growing organizations and a degree in accounting, management, or economics are valued.
