The FP&A team at Zoox drives financial analysis of key strategic investments, maintains short and long-term financial models, and develops reporting for internal and external stakeholders. As a Financial Analyst supporting Workforce Planning for Fleet Operations, you will partner with Operations leaders on contingent staffing and headcount budget cycles and MEC (material event coverage) activities. You will manage contingent labor spend, staffing ratios, and vendor cost models, working across the organization with Fleet Operations and staffing vendor counterparts to drive forecast accuracy and data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining financial models for workforce planning and contingent labor costs - Analyzing staffing ratios, vendor performance, and labor cost drivers - Creating dashboards and reporting in enterprise systems (Anaplan, SAP) - Partnering with Operations leaders on budget cycles and headcount planning - Developing actionable financial insights to support Fleet Operations staffing decisions - Establishing strong cross-functional relationships to ensure forecast accuracy This role requires a solid understanding of contingent labor cost drivers and workforce supply/demand dynamics. You will utilize enterprise systems like Anaplan and SAP to build robust models and dashboards. Success in this position means delivering timely, actionable financial insights that keep Fleet Operations appropriately staffed and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
