Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology, AI, autonomy, and computer vision. The Tactical Reconnaissance & Strike (TRS) Finance group is seeking a Financial Analyst to support core financial planning and analysis responsibilities across multiple business lines.
In this role, you will own EAC (Estimate at Completion) budgeting and maintenance, income statement and balance sheet forecasting, and internal reporting for Anduril's TRS business lines. You will support multiple defense contracts in parallel, working closely with program management, functional stakeholders, and business line leadership to ensure financial commitments are met and financial performance is optimized.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining ETC (Estimate to Complete) forecasts and EAC integrity with program management
- Conducting contract profit margin analysis and surveillance
- Forecasting income statements and balance sheets by contract and business line
- Producing weekly, monthly, and ad hoc financial reports for program and business line leadership
- Reviewing month-end close outputs for intelligence business lines to ensure revenue accuracy
- Supporting quarterly business reviews, long-range planning, and management data calls
- Identifying and mitigating potential financial issues while implementing process improvements
- Executing special projects and ad hoc analyses supporting finance and company initiatives
You should be comfortable explaining financial contract performance and variance analysis to cross-functional teams and executives. This is a critical role in a fast-growing defense technology company seeking problem solvers and innovators who can operate independently in a dynamic environment.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, 2+ years financial analyst experience, strong Excel proficiency, ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, and U.S. Person status (required for access to export-controlled information). Preferred: defense and/or tech industry experience.
