Fictiv (part of MISUMI Group) is a leading provider of standard, configurable, and custom manufacturing solutions. This Financial Analyst role focuses on systems support and financial planning infrastructure.
You will report to the Manager of FP&A and serve as a key bridge between finance and technical teams. Your primary responsibilities include supporting, planning, analyzing, and delivering Fictiv's financial tools and systems, ensuring minimal downtime through proactive maintenance and stakeholder coordination.
Key responsibilities:
- Support, maintain, and optimize FP&A and accounting systems, including integrations with other company systems
- Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure financial planning tools remain operational and reliable
- Assist with recurring forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close processes
- Automate data retrieval through reports and dashboards to improve efficiency
- Lead or participate in developing and implementing new financial systems and reports
- Maintain deep understanding of business application architecture, data structures, and system integrations
- Identify data gaps for financial tasks and collaborate with data and business teams to resolve them
