As a Financial Analyst, you will support PayJoy's finance and FP&A functions with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Your responsibilities include:
• Developing and maintaining financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Conducting variance analysis and financial performance reviews
• Collaborating with finance, accounting, and operational teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting
• Supporting financial planning initiatives aligned with company growth objectives
• Analyzing financial trends and providing insights to inform business decisions
• Preparing financial reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls
You will work closely with the finance and accounting teams in a collaborative environment, contributing analytical rigor to support PayJoy's aggressive growth goals. The role demands strong quantitative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. Experience with financial modeling, forecasting methodologies, and familiarity with emerging markets finance is valuable. You should be comfortable working with large datasets and financial systems while maintaining operational discipline.
