This Finance Transformation Director role is based remotely and open to candidates in Spain or the UK. You will lead finance transformation initiatives across the organization, driving strategic improvements to financial processes, systems, and reporting. The position reports to senior leadership and requires someone who can architect and execute multi-year finance modernization programs.
Key responsibilities include: designing and implementing new financial operating models; leading the evaluation and deployment of finance technology platforms; establishing best practices in financial planning, analysis, and controls; building and mentoring a finance team; and partnering with cross-functional leaders to align finance strategy with business objectives.
You'll work in a fully remote, genuinely global environment where async communication and self-direction are essential. English is the primary working language. The company values ownership, trust, and the ability to drive impact without unnecessary layers.
