FlixBus is seeking a Finance Systems Manager to serve as a central interface between the Finance department, IT, and external partners. You will drive the continuous evolution of the company's financial and ERP systems while ensuring stable and efficient operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as a bridge between Finance, IT, and external vendors to develop and maintain financial and ERP systems
- Analyze financial processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement digital solutions that improve workflows
- Lead Finance and transformation projects from requirements gathering through conception to successful implementation
- Oversee data quality, system permissions, updates, and testing to ensure regulatory compliance
- Generate reports and analyses, support key users, and enable data-driven decision-making
You will bring:
- A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in Finance Systems Management, ERP environments, or Finance roles
- Hands-on experience with ERP and financial systems such as SAP S/4HANA or Lucanet
- Knowledge of finance transformations, process optimization, and project management
- A structured, solution-oriented approach and strong stakeholder collaboration skills
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
