Redis is seeking a Finance System Administrator to own the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of NetSuite, the company's core financial system. This role combines hands-on system ownership, cross-functional problem-solving, and process design in a lean, collaborative environment.
You will serve as the primary NetSuite administrator and internal subject matter expert, managing roles, permissions, workflows, forms, saved searches, reports, dashboards, custom fields, and custom records. You'll configure and administer NetSuite capabilities across Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Fixed Assets, Advanced Revenue Recognition, and SuiteAnalytics. Working closely with Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, People, IT, and business leaders, you'll translate finance-process requirements into scalable system configurations and controls.
Key responsibilities include managing integrations and data flows between NetSuite and connected systems, improving automation and operational efficiency through system enhancements and workflow design, owning release management and change control, monitoring data quality and audit readiness, and supporting reporting and ad hoc analysis. You'll also evaluate and support related finance and procurement tools.
Required qualifications: 7+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience in a business environment, with successful support or leadership of one to two full-lifecycle NetSuite implementations. You need strong understanding of ERP concepts and core Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, order management, procurement, revenue recognition), experience configuring NetSuite's full suite of capabilities, and ability to build and support complex finance integrations. Experience in startup, high-growth, or SaaS environments is ideal. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and able to operate as a hands-on individual contributor while serving as the go-to NetSuite resource.
