Salary: USD 190,000 - 240,000 / annual

Anthropic is seeking a Finance & Strategy, Product Intelligence team member to join its Finance team. The role focuses on building and maintaining a well-informed view of the AI market and ensuring that understanding flows to strategic and financial decision-makers across the organization. You will research, analyze, and communicate developments across the AI industry and their implications for Anthropic's strategy. Working within the Product Finance & Strategy team, you'll serve as a key analytical resource across Finance and the broader organization, providing market context that supports strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and maintaining a continuous, data-grounded understanding of the AI market, identifying trends and shifts relevant to Anthropic's strategy - Acting as an analytical resource across Finance and the organization, providing market context for strategic decisions - Conducting research using quantitative and qualitative methods to surface insights for product and business stakeholders - Creating clear, well-structured materials that make complex market information accessible to internal audiences You should combine financial or analytical rigor with deep interest in AI products and technology. Strong skills in synthesizing information from disparate sources and communicating clearly to diverse audiences are essential. You'll need a bias toward action, comfort operating with incomplete information in fast-moving environments, and strong quantitative skills including SQL or other data tools. Preferred experience includes 5+ years in strategic finance, consulting, equity research, product management, or market intelligence. Background in equity research covering technology or infrastructure, experience with consumption-based business models, and familiarity with the AI ecosystem are valued. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and professional experience.
