Revolut is seeking a Senior Finance & Strategy Manager to join its Finance team in London. The Finance team is central to Revolut's operations, providing clarity and confidence across the organization through accounting, risk assessment, strategic guidance, and growth enablement.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and Executive Committee, translating high-level company and departmental strategies into rigorous financial blueprints that fuel global growth. You'll bridge complex financial data with strategic decision-making to guide capital allocation and drive performance across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Translating company-wide and departmental strategies from roadmaps into complex financial plans
- Allocating capital and approving strategic investments across departments (Marketing, Sales, Credit, Savings, etc.)
- Developing insightful analysis to understand performance across countries, user segments, and promotional campaigns
- Creating structured approaches to determine marketing spend, business unit performance tracking, and P&L accountability
- Defining financial and growth metrics as KPIs to drive incentives and maximize performance
- Using and creating AI-driven tools to automate and enhance financial performance monitoring
- Collaborating on high-impact projects with the CFO
You'll need 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, data analysis consulting, or strategic/commercial finance roles at top-tier tech companies. Strong financial modeling, financial analysis, and data analysis skills are essential, along with a proven ability to deliver results in cross-functional, high-growth environments and solve complex problems while producing impeccable reports and frameworks.
Nice-to-have qualifications include experience in retail banking and certifications such as CFA, MBA, or other relevant industry credentials.
