Salary: EUR 230,000 - 230,000 / annual
Anthropic is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the EMEA Go-To-Market Finance & Strategy team. This role serves as a key financial advisor to EMEA GTM teams, providing strategic guidance on financial decisions, resource allocation, and business planning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising GTM stakeholders on financial strategies, investments, and resource allocation with deep understanding of company financials
- Partnering cross-functionally to drive financial analysis, build models, and support decisions on revenue goals, sales capacity planning, and strategic initiatives
- Preparing and delivering clear financial reports, analyses, and forecasts highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for stakeholders and executives
- Collaborating with strategic finance, FP&A, and accounting teams to align GTM strategies with broader financial considerations
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, business partnering, consulting, investment banking, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience supporting or building finance functions in international or EMEA markets
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and develop robust financial models
- Strong cross-functional communication and comfort presenting financial information to non-finance audiences and senior leadership
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in high-growth environments
- Familiarity with multi-entity, multi-currency financial environments and EMEA regulatory considerations
- Action-oriented mindset with strong work ethic and ability to drive outcomes under tight timelines

Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Hybrid role with expectation of 25% office presence, though some roles may require more time on-site. Visa sponsorship available.
