As a Finance Specialist, you will play a critical operational and analytical role across three core areas: Operational Finance: You will review and verify payment requests, supporting documents, and disbursements to ensure accuracy, proper authorization, and compliance with internal financial policies. You will also review, generate, and issue timely invoices in strict alignment with signed commercial contracts and sales agreements. Accounting Oversight: You will oversee and review routine accounting entries, journal vouchers, and ledger updates to guarantee accuracy and complete audit documentation. You will propose, research, and implement appropriate accounting treatments for complex transactions and new business initiatives in compliance with relevant financial standards. Additionally, you will review monthly financial statements, analyze variance against historical data, and ensure ledger accuracy prior to closing. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): You will perform detailed financial analysis, modeling, and data evaluation to provide actionable insights for business decision-making. You will monitor and track daily operational costs, identifying trends and ensuring spending stays aligned with approved targets. You will assist in the annual budgeting process and periodic rolling financial forecasts across business units, and prepare regular financial performance reports highlighting key metrics, operational insights, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
