As a Finance Services Manager (Reconciliation Specialist), you will own reconciliation controls and financial operations oversight to support Revolut's rapid global expansion. This is a hands-on role balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. Key responsibilities: - Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Product teams to establish and maintain robust reconciliation controls - Monitor and resolve upcoming and overdue reconciliation breaks, coordinating with relevant teams for closure - Conduct root-cause analysis on reconciliation issues, optimize processes, and escalate complex problems to product teams - Identify trends causing breaks and collaborate with Product to build long-term solutions - Investigate and implement automation and process improvement opportunities - Perform reconciliation testing for integration changes and new product releases Required qualifications: - Prior experience as a Reconciliation Specialist or equivalent role in financial services or banking - Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments - Solid SQL proficiency - Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution - Strong cross-functional communication skills - Self-starter mentality with ownership mindset and independent work capability - Meticulous attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication Revolut values diversity and encourages applications from candidates with varied backgrounds and experiences.
