This role owns core financial planning and analysis (FP&A) responsibilities including monthly close insights, forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting while partnering closely with Engineering, Product, Program Management, Growth, and Contracts teams.
Key responsibilities include leading the Small Drones financial operating rhythm with monthly close insights tied to engineering delivery and customer milestones, owning annual and quarterly planning cycles with target setting and resource allocation, and developing executive-ready reporting and dashboards for senior leadership.
