Reltio, an SAP Company, is seeking a Finance Manager to drive financial planning, forecasting, and operational excellence across Product, Technology, and G&A functions. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will serve as a strategic financial advisor to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include leading the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process across multiple business units with a focus on scalability and long-term sustainability. You will create and maintain sophisticated financial models that drive decision-making, including customer gross margin analysis, cost optimization, and investment analysis. You'll partner closely with business unit leaders to assess financial risks and opportunities while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
You will manage the monthly P&L review process, including in-depth variance analysis, scenario planning, and executive-level reporting. The role involves driving enhancements in KPI tracking and business analytics to deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. You'll also improve financial operations through automation, process refinement, and system enhancements to support data-driven decision-making, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate new business opportunities including pricing strategy and market expansion.
Required qualifications include a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), preferably in SaaS or technology industries. You need a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred). Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and financial systems such as Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Tableau, and Excel is essential. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and experience managing large-scale financial planning processes are critical. You should thrive in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail, and navigate complex matrix organizations. Prior experience in Product, Technology, and Customer Success finance functions is a plus. Experience utilizing AI tools such as Claude or OpenAI to automate and improve finance tasks is nice to have.
