Snowflake is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Investment Program, a strategically critical go-to-market initiative responsible for allocating product and service investments that drive customer migration, activation, and growth on the Snowflake platform. In this role, you will own the complete financial planning and forecasting lifecycle, including annual budget recommendations, quarterly targets across global and theater-level operations, and policy governance.
You will partner closely with Corporate Finance, Sales leadership, and Sales Operations to establish and communicate investment budgets aligned with GTM strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing submission templates, coordinating investment review meetings, documenting approvals and action items, and ensuring global consistency across regions. You will build and maintain the Investment Program dashboard, develop and track KPIs measuring both financial performance and operational health, and create MBR and QBR reporting packages with actionable insights for senior leadership.
A key aspect of this role is driving continuous improvement across systems, tools, and processes with a strong bias toward leveraging AI to create efficiencies and scale impact. You will also support the broader GTM Finance team on high-priority projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Required qualifications include 10+ years in Field Finance, FP&A, GTM Finance, or related roles with demonstrated ROI analytics expertise. You must have owned large, complex finance-led programs with strong project management discipline, deep familiarity with the end-to-end deal cycle in high-growth tech, and hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and contract management platforms like Ironclad. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to influence cross-functionally across Sales, Finance, and Operations. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
Desired qualifications include experience building AI-powered tools, dashboards, or workflow automations in finance; familiarity with Snowflake's platform; prior experience in global roles with multi-theater or multi-region responsibility; and background in investment program governance, deal desk, or commercial operations.
