Tabby is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial operations for its Saudi Arabia entity. This role owns statutory reporting, tax compliance, treasury management, and regulatory submissions while building and coaching a local finance team. Key responsibilities include: leading monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes with D+3 target timelines; ensuring compliance with IFRS (9, 15, 16), SOCPA standards, ZATCA regulations (CIT, Zakat, VAT, withholding tax, CTDF), and SAMA reporting requirements; overseeing treasury and liquidity management including bank accounts, merchant settlements, and payment approvals; managing external audits and maintaining audit-ready financials; establishing and strengthening internal controls across finance processes; supporting IFRS 9 provisioning and ECL calculations for customer and merchant receivables; managing intercompany and transfer pricing compliance with Group Tax; building and developing a high-performing local finance team; partnering cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Product, and Operations on new product launches (wallet, BNPL, cards, remittance, loyalty/cashback); managing relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulators (ZATCA, MOCI, SAMA); overseeing capital adequacy and regulatory capital reporting; supporting due diligence and licensing for new products; and ensuring robust segregation of duties and approval workflows. Required qualifications: 5–7 years in statutory reporting, tax compliance, or external audit (fintech, banking, or Big 4 preferred); strong technical knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and Saudi tax regulations; proven experience leading statutory audits and preparing IFRS financial statements with local adjustments; experience with regulatory submissions to ZATCA, MOCI, and SAMA; CPA or ACCA preferred; advanced Excel and ERP experience (Oracle NetSuite a plus); strong analytical skills and ownership mindset; fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
