As Finance Manager for Financial Control, you will lead accurate financial and crypto reporting and controls, primarily supporting Revolut's UAE operations while coordinating with global finance functions. Your responsibilities include:
• Preparing monthly accounts in Oracle NetSuite in accordance with IFRS standards
• Coordinating the accounting and month-end closing process for UAE operations
• Communicating financial performance, risks, and key metrics to local leadership
• Enhancing balance sheet substantiation processes in coordination with group programs
• Ensuring accurate and timely closing of books for monthly and annual reporting
• Preparing detailed financial reporting and analysis on general ledger account movements
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance with local tax regulators and timely submission of returns
• Developing and monitoring a robust control environment focused on operational readiness
• Delivering process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of reporting through automation and controls
• Coordinating external audit activities in conjunction with group audit requirements
• Managing local accounting policies and implementing latest IFRS and group policy changes
• Contributing to financial control processes and procedures
