Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Finance Manager to join the Corporate Finance team. This role serves as a bridge between Corporate and Division finance teams, producing financial analysis and insights that guide executive decision-making across the business. Key responsibilities include executing the financial operating calendar (monthly, quarterly, annual), building and maintaining templates and deliverables, and preparing executive presentation materials. You will run the mechanics of consolidated budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning, working closely with each Division's finance team to understand operational drivers and analyze performance against plan. A core part of this role is translating complex financial data into clear, executive-ready analysis for the CFO and C-Suite. You will explain performance drivers, highlight key trends, frame risks and opportunities, and provide context to enable leadership decision-making. Additionally, you will continuously improve financial consolidation, reporting, and forecasting infrastructure, building robust processes and models that scale with Anduril's growth. Required qualifications include 5-9 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Investor Relations, Consulting, or Strategy, preferably with exposure to corporate consolidations. You must have strong financial acumen, Excel and financial modeling proficiency, and comfort working across financial systems (ERP, consolidation, planning tools). Exceptional written and oral communication skills, cross-functional collaboration ability, intellectual curiosity, and action-oriented mindset are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business, or related field is required. DoD and/or Tech industry experience is preferred. Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
