As Finance Manager, you'll lead accounting and financial controls implementation for Revolut's France operations. You'll be responsible for preparing statutory and consolidated general ledger accounts using Oracle NetSuite in compliance with French GAAP, coordinating month-end and year-end closing processes, and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting that supports business decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing statutory and consolidated GL accounts in Oracle NetSuite per French GAAP standards
- Coordinating the accounting and month-end closing process
- Ensuring accurate and timely book closures for monthly and annual reporting
- Analyzing movements in key general ledger accounts
- Managing accounting policies to reflect updates in French GAAP, IFRS, and group policies
- Driving process improvements through automation and enhanced controls
- Supporting annual and interim audit processes
- Advising on accounting and reporting issues
- Contributing to consolidation and financial control procedures
You'll need 5+ years of experience in consulting or banking in a similar finance/controlling role, with excellent knowledge of French GAAP. A master's degree in finance, accounting, management, or economics is required. The ideal candidate has a structured problem-solving approach, strong analytical skills, experience in fast-growing organizations, and a delivery-focused mindset. Fintech experience, IFRS knowledge, and professional certifications (DEC/DSCG) are valued but not required.
