They specialize in creating viral content and building effective social media platforms for influential organizations. The Finance Manager will support the Head of Finance in managing day-to-day finance operations and ensuring financial processes run smoothly. Key responsibilities include leading the month-end closing process with accurate and timely financial reporting, assisting with budget and forecast preparation, and monitoring performance against key variances. The role involves reviewing contracts and commercial agreements to identify financial risks, coordinating tax, compliance, audit, and regulatory activities with external advisors, and preparing financial analyses to support business planning and operational decisions. Additionally, the Finance Manager will lead or support finance-related projects including process improvements, system implementations, and automation initiatives. They will partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, cost tracking, and reporting accuracy, and support the Head of Finance on strategic initiatives and ad hoc analyses as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field, with 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or financial reporting. Experience supporting US-based finance operations, ideally from a Big Four accounting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG), is preferred. The candidate must have experience managing month-end closing processes and preparing financial statements, with strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and audit requirements.
