As Finance Lead, you will own day-to-day accounting and finance operations across multiple entities, with primary focus on the US entity under US GAAP. Key responsibilities include: managing the monthly financial close and ensuring accurate reporting; working with external accountants, tax advisors, and auditors; building and maintaining financial reporting dashboards tracking revenue, expenses, cash, burn, and runway; owning budgeting and forecasting processes including revenue, expenses, headcount, and cash needs; developing financial models to support hiring, spending, pricing, and fundraising decisions; designing and improving accounting processes as the company scales; preparing financial analyses for investors, board materials, and due diligence; and identifying automation opportunities to improve finance workflows.
You must have hands-on experience with US GAAP accounting, strong accounting fundamentals, and the ability to own the financial close independently. Experience with multi-entity or group company setups is required. Preferred qualifications include CPA certification, international accounting experience, financial forecasting and cash flow planning expertise, ability to build lightweight dashboards and internal tools, and experience setting up finance processes from scratch.
