FalconX is a pioneering fintech platform revolutionizing institutional access to cryptocurrency markets. The company operates at the intersection of traditional finance and cutting-edge blockchain technology, providing comprehensive solutions for digital asset trading strategies, liquidity management, and market navigation. As a Senior Finance Associate, you will be a key member of the finance team responsible for building and scaling the company's accounting and reporting capabilities. Your responsibilities include day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting in compliance with GAAP, IndAS, and IFRS standards. You will prepare, review, and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements across multiple legal entities to deliver group-level results. You will manage technical accounting matters including revenue recognition, consolidation, stock options, business combinations, and mark-to-market accounting. A significant portion of your role involves legal entity management—handling jurisdiction-specific reporting, accounting, compliance, and regulatory filings. You will monitor and settle intercompany balances while managing transfer pricing arrangements. Close collaboration with trading and trade operations teams is essential. You will perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations and attestation procedures to support settlement processes. You will also coordinate with external auditors and the audit committee, and work hands-on with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP. As the organization scales, you will be expected to build subject-matter expertise across accounting, reporting, and regulatory perspectives specific to the fintech and digital asset environment. You will help establish processes, policies, procedures, and control frameworks while remaining flexible to support multiple functions including treasury and settlements.
