This Finance Analyst role supports end-to-end finance operations within a multinational, fast-paced environment. You will own critical finance shared services functions across multiple domains:
**Accounts Payable:** Process vendor invoices accurately and on-time, perform three-way matching (PO, GRN, invoice), verify supporting documentation and approvals, prepare payment proposals, ensure tax and policy compliance, respond to vendor queries, reconcile vendor statements, and resolve aged payables.
**Accounts Receivable:** Generate customer invoices, apply receipts accurately, monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables, perform customer account reconciliations, investigate short payments and deductions, and partner with Sales and business teams on collections.
**Banking, General Ledger & Close:** Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations, investigate unreconciled transactions, post bank-related journal entries, monitor cash balances, maintain supporting schedules, prepare journal entries and balance-sheet reconciliations, maintain accrual and prepayment schedules, and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
**Employee Expenses, Compliance & Controls:** Review and process employee expense claims with policy compliance verification, process reimbursements, resolve employee queries, maintain audit-ready documentation, and support statutory and internal audits.
