Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, seeks a Field Operations Trainer to develop and deliver training on advanced imaging systems and products to military customers and internal teams. You will build expert-level knowledge of Anduril's imaging product portfolio—which leverages computer vision, electro-optical, infrared, and sensor fusion technology—and translate that expertise into effective training programs.
Key responsibilities include: developing comprehensive training curricula across multiple delivery formats (computer-based simulations, knowledge portals, hands-on instruction); collaborating with conventional and special operations forces (SOF) customers to identify knowledge gaps and build tailored training solutions; creating and maintaining training materials for Anduril and partner products; and serving as the internal voice of the customer, bridging product teams with end-user needs.
You will work with the Imaging team, which develops state-of-the-art imaging systems deployed to address critical security challenges for the U.S. and allied nations. The role requires ownership mentality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in isolated environments while managing complex technical content for diverse audiences.
Required: 5+ years of training experience (planning and/or delivery), ability to obtain and hold a U.S. Secret security clearance, strong initiative, and clear communication skills. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field, prior military background as an instructor or in curriculum development.
