Salary: USD 70,500 - 90,000 / annual

Steno is a litigation technology company transforming court reporting and legal workflows. This role owns the day-to-day operations of the Field Marketing function, ensuring systems, processes, and execution run smoothly across events, partnerships, and field initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Field Marketing intake and operational workflows for events, partnerships, and field initiatives - Build and maintain operating systems including Asana workflows, projects, forms, and reports; Slack automations; and Guru documentation - Keep program data clean and synchronized across Asana, HubSpot, event technology platforms, and other Field Marketing tools - Track program readiness by monitoring approvals, contracts, documentation, timelines, and handoffs; flag blockers early - Support vendor onboarding, contracting, invoice/PO coordination, and budget tracking in partnership with Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams - Support lead capture readiness, event data reconciliation, and post-event reporting inputs - Maintain the master Field Marketing calendar to provide stakeholder visibility into upcoming events and commitments You'll have real ownership over how Field Marketing operates, with the opportunity to build meaningful systems and processes that enable the team's success. The role emphasizes operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to quality outcomes.
