Qualtrics is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead event strategy and execution across the Americas. This role sits within the Field Marketing and Demand Generation team and focuses on designing, executing, and measuring the impact of both large-scale and intimate event activations—including roundtables, workshops, dinners, and third-party sponsorships—that drive revenue growth and strengthen market position.
You will own the full lifecycle of event programs: developing strategic event plans that create opportunities and accelerate deals, designing creative and impactful activations tailored to target audiences, managing logistics for virtual and in-person events, and ensuring meticulous execution of every detail. You'll collaborate closely with field marketers, regional sales teams, and broader marketing counterparts to align events with organizational objectives. Post-event, you'll create comprehensive follow-up strategies to enhance engagement and conversion. You'll also measure program effectiveness through quantitative metrics in partnership with Marketing and Revenue Operations, manage event invoicing and accounting, and travel to selected regions (up to 25% monthly) to provide onsite support for key events.
This is a self-starter role that thrives in ambiguity. You'll build strong stakeholder relationships through clear communication, exhibit exceptional attention to detail, and consistently emphasize outcomes by tying event efforts directly to revenue impact. The team operates in a dynamic, fast-growing environment that prioritizes innovation, collaboration, and professional development.
Qualtrics operates a hybrid work model: three days per week in office (Mondays, Thursdays, plus one leader-selected day), with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the week.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 6+ years of event strategy execution experience in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated ability to manage both large and small-scale events
- Proven track record of tying event and activation efforts directly to revenue outcomes
- Strong collaboration and cross-team communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and focus on execution
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% each month
- Experience with event management software and tools (Marketo, Salesforce, Asana, Qualtrics preferred)
- Excellent copywriting skills for promotional materials and event communications (preferred)
