You will own and develop DeepJudge's field marketing strategy and execution across North America. This is a highly visible role at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships. You'll shape how DeepJudge shows up in the market—from industry conferences and executive experiences to customer programs, partner activations, and targeted initiatives that strengthen positioning. Key responsibilities include: developing deep understanding of target personas, market trends, and competitive landscape; evolving the North American field strategy and program calendar aligned with GTM priorities; partnering closely with Sales to translate regional priorities into impactful field programs; leading conference presence and strategy; creating integrated programs connecting field activities with content, digital activation, customer advocacy, and sales outreach; developing hosted experiences (executive dinners, roundtables, customer gatherings, workshops); building account-based programs for priority firms and prospects; bringing customers into field strategy through speaking and advocacy; collaborating with strategic partners on joint events; working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Marketing Operations, Customer Success, and Sales; owning end-to-end program delivery including budgets, agencies, venues, vendors, production, timelines, and logistics; developing repeatable formats and playbooks; tracking performance across engagement, meetings, opportunities, pipeline contribution, and ROI; identifying new communities, formats, partnerships, and opportunities; and building relationships with industry associations, publications, and strategic partners. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and room to experiment. The role requires exceptional project management, strong commercial judgment, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, timelines, and budgets simultaneously. You should be equally comfortable developing strategy, presenting ideas, briefing teams, negotiating with vendors, and executing onsite. Travel across North America is required. While remote, the company strongly prefers candidates in or working during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS or tech environments (legal tech experience is a strong plus) - Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of field programs with proven contribution to pipeline and business growth - Experience partnering closely with enterprise Sales teams and understanding complex buying journeys and strategic accounts - Holistic understanding of field marketing (events, ABM, partners, customers, content, digital activation) - Strong commercial judgment and ability to prioritize based on audience relevance and business impact - Highly creative with ability to develop standout experiences and programs for enterprise audiences - Exceptional project management skills managing multiple programs, stakeholders, timelines, and budgets - Comfort with strategy development, presentations, team briefings, vendor negotiations, and onsite execution - Data-driven approach with comfort using CRM and marketing data - Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with high ownership and experimentation - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Willingness to travel across North America
