In this Field Marketing Manager role, you will develop and execute integrated, multi-touch marketing programmes across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You'll work at the intersection of field marketing, channel partnerships, and demand generation, reporting to regional marketing leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
• Field & Channel Marketing: Design and deliver regional marketing programmes that build pipeline and brand awareness. Collaborate closely with sales leadership and partner teams to align initiatives with territory plans and sales objectives. Execute joint marketing initiatives with channel partners, including co-branded events, digital campaigns, and demand generation activities.
• Events & Campaigns: Plan and manage high-impact regional events—conferences, roadshows, partner summits, webinars—ensuring flawless execution and measurable ROI. Coordinate logistics, budgets, and post-event follow-up to maximize engagement and pipeline creation.
• Channel Enablement: Develop co-marketing and partner enablement activities to drive adoption and joint revenue growth. Create marketing toolkits, campaign templates, and enablement resources tailored for partner use.
• Measurement & Collaboration: Partner with sales and business development teams to optimize lead follow-up, tracking, and conversion. Measure and report on field and channel marketing performance, tracking engagement, conversion, velocity, and ROI.
• Content & Localization: Adapt and localize global messaging for regional relevance. Contribute to campaign copy, partner assets, and digital marketing content, including German-language adaptation.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, relationship-driven self-starter with strong project management skills and deep familiarity with the DACH market. This is a remote role with flexibility to work from home, with monthly in-person team days rotating across German cities to maintain team cohesion and alignment.
