As Field Marketing Manager for Canada, you will serve as the CMO for the Canadian business line and a key member of the Go-To-Market team. You'll own marketing and demand generation strategy to build pipeline and drive millions of dollars in revenue from both public and private sector customers. Key responsibilities include: - Partner closely with sales leadership as the "pipeline czar" for your segment, ensuring pipeline goals align with revenue targets - Execute regional and local campaigns including Verkada-hosted events, trade shows, webinars, and partner-led initiatives - Develop and execute account-based marketing programs, training sales reps to execute program elements independently - Build thought leadership and customer executive engagement around physical security and cloud solutions - Advise corporate demand generation teams on campaign development, planning, execution, and measurement - Collaborate with channel partners on marketing and customer engagement strategies - Work with product marketing to develop positioning, messaging, and customer advocacy assets for the Canadian market You'll bring 6-10 years of B2B marketing experience with proven ability to logistically execute multiple concurrent events, work effectively with channel partners, understand buyer personas, and advise sales leadership as a peer. You're entrepreneurial, creative, and comfortable in fast-paced ambiguous environments. Travel requirement: 30-40% (1-2 days/week average). Preference given to candidates in Western Canada (Calgary/Vancouver); Toronto candidates also encouraged to apply.
