As Field Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Sales team to execute field marketing programs and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for key accounts. This is a hands-on role offering real ownership from day one, with coaching and room to grow as the West Coast presence expands. Key responsibilities include: - Planning and executing field marketing experiences (regional dinners, happy hours, hackathons, creative events) connected to active opportunities and target accounts - Supporting ABM programs across multiple channels: direct mail, events, digital, gifting, and content - Owning end-to-end logistics and execution of field events: venues, vendors, invites, registration, on-site coordination, and follow-up - Partnering with Sales to understand territory priorities and account dynamics, ensuring programs tie back to pipeline - Tracking program impact (account engagement, attendance, pilots started, pipeline influenced) and sharing learnings - Testing new tactics, pushing boundaries, and bringing creative ideas to differentiate Serval in the market You will have approximately 25% travel, increasing to 50% seasonally. As the company grows, your scope, budget, and responsibility will expand accordingly. REQUIREMENTS: - 1–2 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, growth marketing, or ABM (internships and adjacent roles count) - Familiarity with or eagerness to quickly learn Salesforce, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and intent platforms (6sense, Demandbase, or similar) - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to juggle multiple events and deadlines - Comfort with data: ability to pull basic reports, read metrics, and use them to inform decisions - Collaborative style that builds trust quickly with Sales and marketing teammates - Ability to move fast, experiment, and adjust in real time - Creative thinking: ability to turn rough goals into concrete plans and execute - Comfortable with 25% travel, up to 50% seasonally NICE TO HAVE: - Exposure to marketing toward IT, Engineering, or Security audiences - Experience supporting events or campaigns in B2B or startup environments
