As Field Marketing Manager, you will own end-to-end field marketing programs designed to generate qualified pipeline and accelerate deals. Key responsibilities include:
• Plan and execute customer-facing in-person events (lunch-and-learns, executive briefings, field programs) from strategy and budget through logistics and follow-up
• Design and run regional Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting key accounts with tailored, high-touch experiences
• Partner closely with Content, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to adapt messaging, collateral, and narratives for field programs
• Develop content strategy for field programs: determine what story to tell, to which audience, in what format, at each event or campaign
• Manage event and program budgets, vendors, and logistics
• Measure and report on program performance (pipeline influence, engagement, account penetration) and use insights to refine future programs
• Continuously innovate using data, market insights, and stakeholder feedback to introduce high-impact program ideas
You will travel 40–50% of the time to support field programs and customer engagement.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 4–6 years of field marketing experience with a track record of running both customer events and ABM/regional programs
• Strong content instinct: you care about narrative, not just logistics, and are comfortable providing input on messaging and assets
• Experience partnering closely with Content and/or Product teams; ability to translate roadmap and messaging into field-ready programs
• Strong project management skills: ability to juggle multiple events/programs simultaneously without losing detail
• Comfort with ambiguity and building process where none exists yet
• Willingness and enthusiasm to travel 40–50% of the time
