Black Forest Labs, creator of Latent Diffusion, Stable Diffusion, and FLUX—foundational generative AI models used by millions of creators and businesses worldwide—is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to drive enterprise pipeline through events and partner co-marketing. You'll own two core motions: (1) Events—shape BFL's event calendar end-to-end, from tier-1 conferences to intimate executive dinners. Design interactive demo experiences with creative technologists, build pre/post event targeting and pipeline attribution, and measure every event's impact via MQLs. (2) Co-marketing with distribution and cloud partners—coordinate joint announcements, launch-day amplification, case studies, and shared event presence. Build repeatable playbooks per partner tier and integrate marketing commitments into partnership negotiations. You'll also contribute to GTM enablement (pitch decks, solution marketing) and connect the dots between events, partner moments, and social campaigns, feeding real-world customer insights back to GTM and product teams. The role requires 3–6 years in field/event marketing, partner marketing, or integrated campaigns at B2B tech companies. You've run events end-to-end (from 10-person dinners to major conference booths) and can demonstrate pipeline impact. You understand enterprise buying committees, executive briefings, and attribution. You're 80%+ execution-focused, have strong visual taste, and thrive in ambiguity and launch-week intensity. Plus factors: experience marketing generative AI, creative tooling, or developer infrastructure; relationships in the creative AI community; cloud/platform partner GTM experience; or a track record of industry-defining campaigns. Black Forest Labs is distributed with real offices in Freiburg and San Francisco. Expect 2 days/week in-office (or one full week every other week) or remote with monthly in-person weeks. Travel costs covered.
