As Field Marketing Manager, you will own Ankar's market presence and drive commercial outcomes through field programmes. You'll lead end-to-end execution of industry conferences, webinars, executive dinners, roundtables, and targeted account-based experiences. Working closely with Sales and Commercial Development, you'll identify target accounts, active opportunities, and pipeline gaps—then design programmes to create and accelerate demand.
Key responsibilities include: owning field marketing strategy and execution; building account-based experiences that combine events, gifting, direct outreach, and digital engagement; partnering deeply with Sales on target account selection and meeting generation; managing logistics, vendors, speakers, and stakeholders across multiple concurrent programmes; and measuring impact through account engagement, pipeline progression, and revenue attribution.
You'll need 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience, with a proven track record owning and executing programmes from events to targeted account-based initiatives. Strong partnership skills with Sales teams, high autonomy, creative problem-solving, and a bias toward measurable commercial outcomes are essential. You must be an excellent communicator who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and ships often.
Ankar operates with high ownership and expects team members to go above and beyond. The role requires travel and flexibility; a structured, predictable environment is not the fit. The company combines 3 days/week in-office collaboration (Shoreditch, London) with flexibility and trust, prioritizing ownership and impact over location. Visa sponsorship is available.
