The Field Marketing Operations Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of Chainalysis's global Field Marketing team. This role owns systems, logistics, and processes that keep events running smoothly and campaigns properly attributed, directly supporting regional field marketing leads across EMEA and globally.
Key responsibilities include managing Coupa for purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and invoice tracking across multiple regions and currencies; building and maintaining campaigns in Splash with recurring event cloning, multilingual pages, and Salesforce campaign attribution; coordinating event logistics including shipping, vendor management, and run-of-show documentation; maintaining CRM hygiene and Salesforce data accuracy; reconciling budgets across regions; preparing cross-functional communications and briefing documents; providing execution support for South EMEA and North EMEA (the fastest-growing event calendars); and supporting post-event follow-up processes.
The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of marketing operations or event coordination experience, strong attention to detail, comfort working across multiple regions and time zones, proactive problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and capacity to manage competing priorities. The role requires 20% travel ability including international travel.
Nice-to-have qualifications include B2B or SaaS marketing experience, exposure to cryptocurrency or blockchain technologies, budget tracking and vendor management across multiple currencies, and familiarity with Google Workspace. The team uses Salesforce, Coupa, Splash, Google Workspace, Asana, and Goldcast. Chainalysis emphasizes AI fluency and expects all employees to develop AI capabilities and bring ideas to reinvent how work gets done.
