As the first Field Marketing Content Manager, you will own the end-to-end content strategy and execution for Verkada's 500+ annual events, ranging from the multi-thousand-attendee VerkadaOne conference to intimate roundtables. Your core mission is to build templatized, reusable content systems that enable events to ship faster and at consistent quality while integrating seamlessly with quarterly global campaigns. Key responsibilities include: • Create and templatize content frameworks (agendas, session formats, web copy, email tracks, brochures, internal promotion kits) for VerkadaOne, regional on-the-road events, Security Summits, and other experiences • Partner with campaign owners to connect field program content to pre-event acquisition, in-event engagement, and post-event follow-up motions that drive pipeline • Design event agendas, manage content schedules, and coordinate programming to support event goals • Develop messaging for event websites and registration pages, keeping content current as speakers and sessions are announced • Curate breakout sessions tailored to distinct attendee groups: customers, prospects, and partners • Adapt VerkadaOne content into regionalized events throughout the year • Own email messaging, event branding touchpoints, and internal content that mobilizes field teams • Produce branded brochures describing events, speakers, and agendas • Repurpose recorded sessions and event content for post-event web reuse You will have the support of a dedicated event logistics team but will own the content and programming end-to-end. The role requires 5 days/week on-site presence in San Mateo with flexibility to travel for regional events.
