Lightspeed is seeking a Field Implementation Consultant to join its growing team in Frankfurt, Germany. This hybrid role focuses on supporting mid-market hospitality clients (restaurants, hotels, bars, and food service concepts) through the implementation and adoption of Lightspeed's Point-of-Sale and SaaS solutions.
Key responsibilities include planning and executing on-site customer implementations, leading individual and group training sessions tailored to specific customer workflows, and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the post-sales phase including onboarding, follow-ups, and handoffs to support teams. You will guide customers through setups, integrations, and go-live processes, create and maintain onboarding documentation, and continuously expand your expertise in Lightspeed's core products and add-ons. Close collaboration with internal Implementation Specialists, coordinators, and other teams ensures smooth and timely customer launches. You will represent Lightspeed directly to new and existing customers during on-site visits.
Required qualifications include experience in customer-facing roles (preferably B2B or B2C), enthusiasm for technology and digital solutions, independent and structured work approach, strong customer and service orientation, and willingness to travel regularly within your region. Fluent German and English communication skills (written and verbal) and strong attention to detail are essential.
Nice-to-have skills include basic networking/IT infrastructure knowledge, hospitality or food service industry experience, technical support or field service background, and project management experience with larger rollouts.
