The Field & Events Marketing Specialist will support the planning, execution, and measurement of webinars, account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, field programs, and in-person events. This execution-focused role reports to the Head of Global Marketing Events and works in partnership with the Field Programs & ABM Manager. Key responsibilities include: - Planning and executing webinars, digital panels, workshops, and online experiences - Managing webinar logistics including timelines, registration, speaker coordination, audience communications, platform setup, run-of-show documentation, and post-event follow-up - Supporting ABM program execution through account-list coordination, campaign logistics, meeting preparation, outreach support, attendee follow-up, and program documentation - Coordinating activities with the Field Programs & ABM Manager and cross-functional stakeholders against account priorities and pipeline goals - Supporting regional and corporate field marketing programs and in-person events - Providing administrative and coordination support to the broader regional marketing team The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The role requires close collaboration with Marketing, Sales (Account Executives and SDRs), and other cross-functional partners to create well-coordinated, engaging programs that generate pipeline, deepen customer relationships, and advance go-to-market goals.
