Qualtrics is seeking a Field CTO for EMEA to serve as the primary bridge between product vision, customer strategy, field execution, and market innovation. This role focuses on three core mandates: Innovate, Prove, and Scale. You will partner with C-suite executives at strategic enterprise customers to shape their Experience Management (XM), AI, and enterprise technology transformation strategies. Rather than simply supporting deals, you will generate new intellectual property, enterprise architectures, and sales motions that elevate how the entire field sales engineering team engages the market. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success, you will establish Qualtrics as an indispensable platform within complex enterprise ecosystems. Key responsibilities include: - Creating and deploying new enterprise solution architectures, AI use cases, and strategic sales campaigns to position Qualtrics as a core platform in evolving market shifts - Partnering with Sales Engineering and Account Executives on the largest enterprise opportunities to validate innovative positioning and drive measurable business outcomes through executive workshops - Packaging successful customer engagements into repeatable solution architectures, strategic sales plays, and enablement assets adopted by the broader sales engineering organization - Establishing a continuous feedback loop between Fortune 500 customers and internal Product & Engineering teams to prioritize key roadmap investments - Driving market leadership by presenting at industry conferences, customer events, analyst briefings, and executive advisory sessions - Developing differentiated platform positioning, strategic sales motions, and novel solution architectures that extend beyond single deal cycles - Partnering with Fortune 500 C-suite leaders to deliver visionary keynotes, executive workshops, and high-impact advisory sessions - Connecting Qualtrics to broader enterprise technology stacks, including AI, data platforms, cloud, CRM, and ERP systems - Translating real-world market shifts, customer needs, and emerging technologies into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering teams - Coaching, enabling, and scaling proven approaches to the broader field engineering organization to lift collective capabilities The Field CTO organization acts as an internal incubator for new ideas, generating intellectual property and sales plays that elevate the entire company's go-to-market strategy. You will sit at the intersection of field execution and product vision, giving you direct influence to shape Qualtrics' platform strategy and influence product roadmaps based on real-world Fortune 500 interactions. You'll work alongside seasoned enterprise architects and industry thought leaders who value collaboration, high-velocity problem solving, and sharing technical innovation. The team leads the highest-stakes executive engagements, board-level vision sessions, and customer workshops across EMEA, providing unmatched visibility inside and outside the company. Qualtrics operates a hybrid work model with three days per week in the office (Mondays, Thursdays, plus one day selected by your organizational leader), with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the week. Requirements: - Proven track record in enterprise solution architecture, strategic presales, or Field CTO roles within enterprise software - Demonstrated capability in architecting and positioning complex platforms alongside enterprise AI, data strategy, cloud, CRM, or CDP environments - Hands-on experience engaging and advising C-level executives at Fortune 500 organizations on digital transformation and business value - Track record of building repeatable intellectual property, technical positioning frameworks, or field enablement programs that scale across an organization - Cross-functional execution experience aligning Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams
