Precisely, a leader in data integrity serving 12,000+ global organizations including 95 Fortune 100 companies, is seeking a FedRAMP Compliance Program Manager to lead certification and compliance initiatives for its cloud and SaaS offerings. In this role, you will own the development, execution, and maintenance of FedRAMP certification and compliance plans. You'll collaborate closely with product management, security, cloud infrastructure, and engineering teams to scope requirements, analyze critical paths, manage resources, and ensure solutions meet federal security standards. Key responsibilities include developing and tracking project deliverables and milestones, providing technical leadership on security and regulatory requirements, conducting stakeholder and customer engagement, leading project meetings with detailed documentation, and ensuring timely completion of action items. You'll leverage AI tools to accelerate processes, improve documentation review and reconciliation, generate and validate compliance reporting, and manage outstanding deliverables—all while ensuring AI usage complies with regulated environment requirements. Required qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Security, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of program management experience focused on cloud and SaaS certification, compliance, and security. Deep expertise in cloud security standards and federal regulatory frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, SP 800-53, SP 800-171, CMMC, DFARS). One or more relevant certifications (PMP, ACP, PgMP, CSM, CSP, or equivalent). Proven track record leading successful FedRAMP authorizations from initial planning through continuous monitoring in large environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership. Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively, multitask, and solve complex technical problems.
