Contabilizei seeks a Senior Tax Consultant to serve as the primary client advisor, delivering accounting and tax solutions while managing client relationships and identifying upsell opportunities. You will own the client lifecycle post-onboarding, handling portfolio management, resolving client inquiries aligned to contracted service levels, and gathering information needed for administrative and financial execution. Your responsibilities include validating system configurations, scheduling client alignment meetings, presenting simplified financial reports, and providing consultative support for business decisions. You will act as the client's voice internally, orchestrating cross-functional coordination with Operations teams to ensure timely delivery of services. Additionally, you will identify client needs and present complementary product/service solutions from Contabilizei's portfolio, while mentoring junior Assessors and Analysts. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accounting, Law, Tax, or related field with solid experience in corporate accounting, tax/fiscal compliance, HR basics, business legalization, and regulatory obligations. You should have hands-on knowledge of financial ERP systems, customer relationship management, and ideally experience in financial BPO or startup environments. This is a client-facing senior role requiring both technical accounting expertise and strong relationship management skills.
