Zoox's Talent team is seeking an Executive Sourcer to join the Executive Recruiting function. In this role, you will serve as a strategic force multiplier for the executive recruiting team, partnering directly with business leaders to identify visionary talent for the organization's most critical leadership positions.
Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive recruitment strategies, creating data-driven market maps to identify talent pools, and uncovering passive leadership candidates for Director, VP, and C-Suite roles. You will serve as the first point of contact for industry leaders, acting as a brand ambassador who articulates the Zoox mission and value proposition to prospective executive candidates.
This position requires a highly strategic mindset and deep understanding of executive talent markets. You will need strong research and analytical skills to map competitive landscapes, identify key opinion leaders, and develop targeted outreach strategies. The role demands excellent communication abilities to engage with senior-level professionals and represent the company's culture and vision.
You will work closely with executive recruiters and hiring managers to understand their needs, provide market intelligence, and deliver a pipeline of qualified passive candidates. Success in this role means becoming a trusted advisor to the business on talent availability and market trends for senior leadership positions.
