WelbeHealth is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract and hire talented professionals, with a particular focus on executive-level leadership positions.
The Executive Recruiter will serve as a strategic recruiting partner to senior executives and hiring leaders, developing deep understanding of organizational priorities and executive talent needs while creating tailored search strategies. Key responsibilities include managing the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing and engaging passive candidates to managing candidate experience, advising on hiring decisions, and building executive search pipelines for future needs.
Day-to-day activities include:
- Managing full recruiting lifecycle to help managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates
- Managing candidate experience from initial contact through interview preparation to final-offer negotiation
- Developing relationships with managers and executives to understand departmental needs and job specifications
- Designing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to meet stakeholder hiring needs
- Utilizing multiple recruiting sources and channels to find quality candidates and prospects
- Building WelbeHealth's employment brand through social media, recruitment platforms, and professional networks
- Building and maintaining pipelines of active and passive candidates
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience), minimum three years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, and minimum two years of executive recruiting experience specifically supporting VP, Senior Director, or other executive-level leadership roles. Candidates must demonstrate ability to source and engage passive executive candidates through multiple channels, manage senior leadership and C-suite expectations, and create sourcing and pipelining strategies. Prior experience in both agency and in-house recruiting environments is preferred.
